Description Kalpesh Shah 2002-05-31 14:47:32 UTC
Trying on 29th build on Solaris.

Right click on the desktop, click on "new launcher".

Give name, give command, say "gedit"

And it crashes in application "gnome-desktop-item-edit".

Comment 2 Luis Villa 2002-05-31 14:52:46 UTC
This has already been fixed in CVS but not in Sun's builds;
reassigning this to dave so that he can prepare a sun_patch for it.
Comment 3 Dave Camp 2002-05-31 19:06:05 UTC
I was wrong, this hadn't been fixed in cvs. I committed a fix, and
added a patch to sun-patches.
