Make galeon use "automatic proxy configuration"
When starting galeon use starting page that needs to go through www-proxy
(due to firewall configuration).
=> galeon tries to get the page directly without proxy and thus fails
   to open the first page

Real (local) example:
In autoconf. URL: "http://www.tkukoulu.fi/proxy.pac" 
start galeon as: "galeon http://www.tuug.fi/" 
=> "The connection was refused when attempting to contact www.tuug.fi."
click ok, move focus to address line, press enter => page appears ok
