Description:
Using dia, I opened thewindow to about 40x40 graph squares.  I drew a bunch of
boxes and text in that area.  I then selected everything by clicking on blank graph
paper in the bottom right corner, and dragging tothe upper left corner.  I did not stay
within the window bounds well (and annoying graphical effects occured).

I then used the pulldown menu to select tools:magnify and immediately got a core
dump.  Reproducible for me.
