I noticed that at least irc.acc.umu.se is running UnrealIRCd version 3.2.10.4, which is well into obsoletion by now: https://forums.unrealircd.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=8629

The only solution is to upgrade to version 4, but I’m not certain what that would entail.
