Last code changes were in 2011 so I assume it is unmaintained: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/pdfmod/commits/master
I do not understand why this project was migrated to Gitlab.

CC'ing its maintainer.

* Move it from https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/pdfmod/ to https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/pdfmod/
* Archive on https://l10n.gnome.org/module/pdfmod/
* Mass-close its open tickets in GNOME Bugzilla and close the product.
