https://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=evolution redirects to GitLab. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Evolution does not.
Should be case insensitive, I think.

Might be just turning "[NE]" into "[NC,NE]" for "RewriteRule enter_bug.cgi https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/%1/issues/new? [NE]" ?
