Today I discovered accidently contrib/xslt and started the documentation of gnc2xea.xsl in https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Account_Hierarchy_Template#Extensible_Stylesheet_Language_Transformations, where it seems to lower the threshold to contribute.

Recent tests are a side effect of Bug 795237 - Update of "wohnungsw" template.

After successful testing and further documentation IMHO we should include it in the distribution.

Benefits: Every user with an installed xsltproc would be able to create and contribute a template from her localized file.

This would significantly lower the threshold to contribute localized templates to GnuCash.

The other xsl might inspire users, to use xslts as another reporting tool supported by gnucash.
