Ah, seems to be new in 0.12.1. This works in the context menu, but it somehow doesn’t in case of "Ctrl + Shift + V"… :/

Yeah, for annoying technical reasons, using Ctrl + V to paste is currently mapped to "paste rich text". See Bug 730495 for the gory details.
