GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 793330
Tabbed windows in MacOS are not displayed properly
Last modified: 2018-05-02 19:51:44 UTC
Created attachment 368180 [details] Window offset example- Gwyddion In MacOS if system preferences are such that new windows will open in tabs, GTK windows are offset by the tab such that all UI is in the wrong place. This means cursor positions are incorrect. This is remedied if the windows are resized or moved. Please see attached photo.
What gtk version is that?
Gwydion uses Gtk2, dunno what the OP is using. I can duplicate the problem on GnuCash-2.7.4 with Gtk+-3.22.20. The odd mouse behavior has been reported to GnuCash (version 2.6.17 with Gtk+-2.24.31) in bug 776602 and the tab line was found to be a cause by one user.
This bug hasn't been transferred to Gitlab. Is it effectively "won't fix"?
