Description gjjtamis 2002-04-19 19:27:08 UTC
Package: dia
Severity: major
Version: 0.88.1
Synopsis: Crash while putting text in drawing
Bugzilla-Product: dia
Bugzilla-Component: general

Description:
When trying to create text in a line drawing, consisting of lots of small lines, DIA crashes. This does happen when there is a second layer in the drawing (I created this to put the measurements in). It doesn't matter whether or not I am trying to create the text-object in layer0 or layer1 - DIA crashes.

Mass reassign of bugs to dia-maint@bugzilla.gnome.org.
Comment 2 Lars Clausen 2002-05-11 21:27:19 UTC
This may well be another instance of the tool menu crash. Unless you can reproduce it with the newest CVS version, I shall consider it a duplicate. If you can reproduce it, please add the diagram in question as an attachment.

removing the bugbuddy keyword as most of the marked reports which are duplicates
of each other. i think the most descriptive subject line is "Dia 0.88 Crashes
on using anything from Tools menu" so I'm leaving it with the bugbuddy keyword.
hardly anyone else uses the bugbuddy keyword and it looks really bad to have so
many entries for Dia cluttering the list of most frequent bugs
