after reboot IMac 27 inch, end 2013, 3.4 Gh Intelcore 5i we get start up GUI, but keyboard buttons no active, cursors to move, enter, all buttons inactive.
So we cannot run the software.
We use bluetooth connected keyboard from Apple.

Please don't post an issue in multiple locations without waiting at least a few days for a response.  We are volunteers and multiple postings cause unnecessary extra work.
