docs: Remove broken link in docs/reference/README

The docs/reference/README file currently includes the following:

  GLib/GTK+ reference documentation project, see:

    http://www.gtk.org/rdp/

Searching the Wayback Machine from archive.org, this link last appears working in 2004.

The attached patch removes the above-quoted text.

The entire README under docs/reference is obsolete, so it should just be removed.
