Gnucash error when retrieving prices

Recently switched over to Windows 10. At first, I had no problem installing Financial Quotes, and the thing was working fine.
A couple of days ago, I started seeing the error in the attachment ("There was an unknown error while retrieving the price quotes").

I have tried:
1) Re-installing the extension to fetch prices by running "install-fq-mods.cmd". This runs just fine, and claims everything is installed.
2) Moving the ".gnucash" file from my NAS to my local HDD

Any suggestions?
