A lot of those are already handled in:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/bluetooth/bluez.git/tree/src/dbus-common.c#n211

We'd need to go through the list, see which ones we'd want in the spec and/or in GNOME, and add those.

Having some generic device types would be nice. What sort of device icons are we missing? I see that we have these, that might be applicable:
