Expected behavior:

Caribou only showing up if using touchscreen and on a text input field

Observed behavior:

Caribous is invoked just by the touchscreen event

Steps to reproduce:

1. Move pointer with a mouse
2. Interact with touchscreen

Forgot to mention this is affecting both the X11 and Wayland session for me.
