Currently mouse wheel scrolls about 1-2 lines, and that's really too slow: to scroll down simple forum page you have to make literally hundreds of revolutions of wheel. Maybe it's possible to add some multiplier option like in firefox?
In general mouse scrolling works fine in all apps I use under gnome, only Epiphany is slow to scroll...

Here it's more visible, when font is large.
Best of all would be setting controlled via gsettings...

This issue is most likely a bug in WebKit. Please report the bug to https://bugs.webkit.org/ including a link to this bug report and noting the version of WebKitGTK+ that you have installed. When reporting the WebKit bug, be sure to include the prefix '[GTK]' in the bug summary and select the 'WebKit Gtk' component.
