Windows does have some advanced functionality to align windows on the desctop, see for example the section "Cascade, Stack, or Tile Windows From the Taskbar" in [1].

This works fine for most windows, but *not* for CSD windows.
They simply stay where the are as if the Window manager was unaware of them...
