ComboBox scrolling in wayland

ComboBoxes appear to be slightly off screen in wayland, and that makes it hard to scroll to the bottom because the arrow at the bottom is not shown completely.

Reproducible: Always

To reproduce:
1. Open https://bugzilla.gnome.org/page.cgi?id=browse.html&product=epiphany
2. Click on the "Browse" ComboBox and try to scroll to the bottom using the arrow.

Expected results:
Fast scrolling using the bottom arrow.

Actual results:
Scrolling to the bottom is slow.
