GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 784734
Create a color selector with a fixed triangle
Last modified: 2018-05-24 18:13:06 UTC
In modules, I usually hide "wheel" and "watercolor". The triangle in the wheel is rotating, Really make people dizzy! So, as long as the triangle is fixed, it does not rotate, it will be very easy to use. Fixed triangle, can create a new color wheel module. Will not destroy the previous wheel. ---------------------------------------- The colors in the triangle are regular: See the "color trend". https://bug781692.bugzilla-attachments.gnome.org/attachment.cgi?id=353106 The black and white in the triangle are vertical, and the saturation of the color is horizontal.
Isn't this what you are proposing in bug 781692 already?
(In reply to Michael Schumacher from comment #1) > Isn't this what you are proposing in bug 781692 already? Previous idea were independent dialogs, and they were complicated. (More options for color theory.) The idea now is in the modules. (After the triangle is fixed, it can be used.) (Color theory can be based on your own knowledge.) (It's also convenient to hide modules that you don't need.) The two color dialogs are different. So submit this new proposal.
Created attachment 370227 [details] Small color dialog GIMP 2.10 RC1, if the color dialog can not shrink, Then do not need to change any buttons. So I still suggest a small color dialog box. New design in the attachment.
