The broken colours

While taking a screenshot of a page in Firefox, I found that a shot of the whole screen looked just fine, but one of the current window had distorted colour, as if there wasn't any red.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox, go full screen
2. Take a screen shot with "whole screen" and another with "current window"

Environment:

GNOME 3.24 (I think), Ubuntu 17.04, dual screen (Firefox on primary), Intel HD graphics

I've cropped out the second screen.

Which graphics drivers are involved?
Which exact gnome-screenshot version is this about?

I'm sorry, I'm not really sure how to answer this question. Here's the output of a few commands that may hopefully help?

    $ lspci | grep -i gra
    00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation HD Graphics 520 (rev 07)

    $ uname -a
    Linux brussels 4.10.0-24-generic #28-Ubuntu SMP Wed Jun 14 08:14:34 UTC 2017 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Screenshots are taken by the shell

Assuming this is about mutter/gnome-shell 3.24 (and not 3.22), then this is a known issue that was fixed in bug 779234. You need to update to mutter 3.24.3.
