Since 0.37, meson supports a glib preset to handle gettext args.

Your version looks cleaner, let's use it. 0.37, the requirement for this is already 6 months old, so we should be safe with that, as distros upgrading to GNOME 3.26 will likely be using 0.37+Meson.
