GnuCash 2,6,16 crashes while starting the AqBanking configuration assistant .
How To Reproduce:

- Fresh Install of Gnucash under Windows 7 x64
- Create New File with standard settings and save as xml
- Select the Menu [Tools] -> [Online Banking Configuration...]
- Select "Start AqBanking Configuration Assistant"

Then the program crashes. Logfile in C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Temp:


* 12:10:37  WARN <gnc.app-utils> Could not spawn perl: Kindprozess konnte nicht ausgeführt werden (No such file or directory)
* 12:10:37  CRIT <GLib> g_key_file_free: assertion 'key_file != NULL' failed

Found nothing to resolve the issue
