When a RTCP packet with unknown Packet Type is received, rtpsession.c does
GST_WARNING ("got unknown RTCP packet");

It would be useful to indicate the Packet Type, to ease understanding of what is going on. This situation happened recently to me while receiving RTCP Extended Reports (RTCP XR), which have PT=207 and are not supported by GStreamer.
