On fullscreen, widget does not receive size-allocate after changing scale-factor (hidpi)

Created attachment 352421 [details] Modified hello world to print scale-factor and size-allocate * In non fullscreen, works as expected: 1) Widget is windowed, size is: 200 x 200 2) Maximize it, new size is: 1920 x 1043 3) GNOME Tweak-tool > Windows > Window scaling: From 1 -> 2 4) Widget's new size is: 960 x 503 * Fullscreen: 5) Set widget to fullscreen, size is: 1920 x 1080 6) same as (3) 7) Still 1920 x 1080 I've modified the gtk hello-world to make this easier to see, it is attached.
