Hello !

Issue : Texts displayed in notifications is cut, I can't understand what it means, so, several of my notifications are useless. See the attach file S2.png.

My solution : Display all the text, on several lines if necessary.

Other idea ? :)

Sorry but you are wrong about the duplication.

I don't want to have the possibility to EXPAND a notification, I just want to SEE a notification.
It's even more injustified because bug 776048 has still the status NEW and I can't help to it because it's another issue.

Please, answer about this issue on this page.

Thanks

If a notification is too long for a banner (the popup underneath the clock), it can be expanded by hovering so all the text becomes visible. How is that not what you want for notifications in the message list?

Sure looks like a duplicate to me.

To SEE the text that has been hidden, you would need an ability to EXPAND the abbreviated notification entry that hid it.

Ok, I didn't understand that fix bug 776048 would fixed this bug. So, I understand that it had been set as a duplicate.

Thanks for explanation that I needed.
