The latest 3.24 release of GNOME Font Viewer crashes on opening a font file (e.g. otf, ttf). Tested with Source Sans Pro [1]

Most likely it's caused by this commit:

Thanks for the report. I pushed two commits to master and gnome-3-24 that fix this.
