The design for inline editing https://wiki.gnome.org/Design/Apps/Recipes/IngredientsList suggest a slightly different style of drag handle than the one we currently have. Other suggested differences: Make the drag handle visible regardless of whether the row is actively edited or not. The new drag handle should probably not be a focus location. Instead, we plan to allow Alt-up/down anywhere in the ingredients row move the currently active row up or down.
