patch to move the Preferences submenus and folder to the Edit menu.

This patch does the following:

* Moves Preferences submenus to Edit menu, and moves the preferences
folder from src/using/preferences to src/menu/edit/preferences.

* Deletes preferences_introduction.xml and moves relevant information including the id "gimp-prefs-dialog" to src/menus/edit/preferences.

I didn't want to just push this patch without someone reviewing it, as there seemed to be some question on IRC as to where the Preferences submenus currently appear in the documentation/help menus.

Also I used "git mv" to move an entire folder, which I'm not sure is the right procedure.
