failing to render properly gui and pdf

Hi, thanks for reporting this bug. This is actually not a bug in Evince but most probably it's a bug in cairo backend of poppler. Please file a new bug in https://bugs.freedesktop.org under product:poppler component:cairo backend It works on Okular because Okular uses a different rendering backend for poppler.
