Bugs that should be handled before 2.8 can be release can be marked as blocking this bug. It's not binding. This is mostly a personal aid and an experiment to see how well this works.

IMO a better solution is to use the 2.8.0 milestone. One can easily use that as a search criterion and save the search so it's a link on the bottom of the page when you're logged in.
