Configuring GNOME Builder to create a flatpak image of a project using meson as build system leads to: 

execvp meson: No such file or directory

this is fixed on our new build pipeline branch and will land on master soon.

This problem has been fixed in the unstable development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. You may need to upgrade your Linux distribution to obtain that newer version.
