When I try and access the Help menu items I get the following message in the GNU Help Browser:

TLS/SSL support not available; install glib-networking.

I tried to Google search for glib-networking but could not find a site where I can download this for Windows 10.

Would someone point me to a fix or a web site where I can download glib-networking for Windows 10 please?
