GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 774591
Online Accounts - Google Documents folder sync
Last modified: 2017-07-24 17:51:15 UTC
Created attachment 340073 [details] Files Screenshot The Online Accounts (Documents) folder rarely syncs, and if it does it takes forever to actually sync. Additionally saving to the folder seems to be unreliable at times. Opening files does not appear to be reliable either. I'm experiencing this on a Lenovo T440s with Fedora 24 and am up to date on all patches/updates.
Same here for years. Although I think that this bug already had been reported multiple times, there does not seem to be anyone really working on it.

The sync:ing problem with bigger Drives is known (bug 771390). > Additionally saving to the folder seems to be > unreliable at times. Opening files does not appear to be reliable either. This is interesting. It will be good to know what kind of files you are opening and saving? Are you doing that from GTK+ applications? It will be good if you can file a bug against gvfs with the logs from /usr/libexec/gvfsd as shown in: https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/GnomeOnlineAccounts/Debugging#Integration_with_GtkFileChooser_and_Nautilus *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 771390 ***
