Change sound notification (video)

When increasing/decreasing volume via the shortcut key, the animation of the transition shown have some miner glitches. The position of the notification isn't locked in place.

I have tested this on Debian testing (on X11, gnome-shell 3.22.1). My system has a 15.6" display with resolution 1366x768(16:9) resolution if that matters.
