Make the year dynamic

The copyright on footer gets outdated every year, need to be dynamic.

The patch below is a JavaScript approach to solve the issue.
Tested on git.gnome.org & mail.gnome.org.

That not right. Copyright <year> means the year it was either written or modified. You cannot change the year for things which have not changed.

As long as we use a date range for the Copyright year and the content of the webpage is always changing, i don't know why it's wrong.
