GnuCash reports start with an invalid DOCTYPE that looks like this:

   <!DOCTYPE!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC ...

Although I don't think this is affecting rendering of the reports, the repeated !DOCTYPE should be fixed as it may cause trouble at some point.

Problem is on line 162 of src/report/report-system/html-document.scm

Ah, a slip of the fingers... Thanks for pointing it out and doing the minimal research to find the origin of this issue.

It will be fixed in the next release.
