QFX from Chase

Chase Bank recently changed their website and at the same time changed the output of their QFX/OFX files. They have inserted two lines;
<CATEGORY>
<MEMO>null
Which result in confusing the GNUCash import so that it results in blank fields. Removing those two lines as a work around lets the import work.

Have attached the non-working file as an example.
