Description Samik 2016-09-11 13:50:48 UTC
I can open a particular PS file with evince (v3.14.1 - distributed with Bunsen Linux, a debian port [https://www.bunsenlabs.org/]), but when I click on the 'Search' icon, it crashes.

The specific PS file is located at: ftp://ftp.cis.upenn.edu/pub/treebank/doc/tagguide.ps.gz
Comment 1 Jason Crain 2016-09-11 14:16:59 UTC
It crashes because the PS backend does not support searching. It was fixed by disabling the find button for unsupported backends in 3.14.2 and later.

Thanks for the quick update - need to ask the folks to update the distro.
