Default protocol not added when the port is specified.

I type gnome.org:80 in the address bar and get:

URL cannot be shown

If i just type gnome.org, it get's transformed to https://www.gnome.org/

that works in other popular browsers like Chromium.

We'd need to edit ephy_embed_utils_normalize_address, but it's not obvious how. SoupURI isn't smart enough to handle this; gnome.org gets detected as the URI scheme (obviously wrong to a human, but not to the URI parser).
