Last modified: 2019-03-20 10:40:20 UTC
Patch attached
Created attachment 331279 [details] [review] Use upstream gettext
Review of attachment 331279 [details] [review]: ::: po/Makevars @@ +1,1 @@ +# Makefile variables for PO directory in any package using GNU gettext. Why do we need to drag this whole (copy/paste?) file?
We need to set PO_DEPENDS_ON_POT = and DIST_DEPENDS_ON_UPDATE_PO = to no (default is yes) to not update the po files every time we compile (as the translations are done externally in GNOME projects)
(In reply to Javier Jardón (IRC: jjardon) from comment #3) > We need to set > > PO_DEPENDS_ON_POT = > > and > > DIST_DEPENDS_ON_UPDATE_PO = > > to no (default is yes) to not update the po files every time we compile (as > the translations are done externally in GNOME projects) Is there a reason why that file isn't just 2 lines then?
