 Thanks for your report.

 We had a translation team which worked on the https://l10n.gnome.org .

 For translating the builder, hear is the link.

 https://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/gnome-builder/master/po/zh_CN

 And someone had already translated some, so please based on the previous one[1] which is the sixth one, and merge your changes.

 And after review it will be in the builder code tree.
