Description Kalpesh Shah 2002-03-28 11:38:37 UTC
I am not sure in which category this bug should go,
So I am reporting it here.

I am using gnome 2.0 - Beta 2.

Whenever any application crashes, by default, Gnome will
pop-up an error dialog box.
( e.g. panel crash, ghex2 crash while printing..)

Error dialog box gives message:
Application "ghex2" (process 2100) has crashed
due to a fatal error.
(Bus Error)

And below that there is a URL:
"Please visit the GNOME Application Crash page for more information."

When URL is clicked an error message comes out as:
/sbin/sh: mozilla: not found

This is high priority bug for Solaris because generally we have netscape
as a default browser. And because of absence of mozilla a user will not be
able to report bug/provide feedback.

This is not the error box's fault; it just uses whatever the default
browser is in your gnome settings. This is a consequence of bug 71632,
which I'm marking this a dependency of, in case this really /is/ a
problem with gnome_url_show (which I highly, highly doubt.)
