Canot navigate to root folder when use sftp connections.

1. Open nautilus
2. Connect to server
3. Connect to sftp://root@...
4. Try navigate to root folder.

The nautilus start in /root folder but not in / folder and the header navigation hide the root folder.

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed in nautilus 3.20 and later versions.
