Description Faizal Luthfi 2016-05-22 07:21:09 UTC
Touch screen is not active on screen off (locked or not locked). But gdm can keep touch screen active on screen off. Usually in Windows 10 in the same tablet I used for gnome, when the screen is off, the touch screen is active, so that I can swipe the screen to immeadiately use the tablet again or unlock the screen.

In the lock screen, if I choose to switch user, I can swipe the touchscreen to turn on the screen.

Faizal: Is this still a problem in recent versions (preferably 3.38, or maybe 3.36)?
