As of recent change, v4l2 transform was enhanced with scaling support, and colorimetry support was also added. Though now, it seems those change are preventing v4l2transform from negotiating. Here's a pipeline that use to work:

  gst-launch-1.0 videotestsrc ! v4l2video0convert ! fakesink

This should be a simple case, as this shall normally be passthrough. Yet, in current master (and 1.8) it fails with not-negotiated.
