See the blocking bug - Shell and Calendar want to share this settings, so we should move it to g-d-s.

What about the gnome-shell bug for this? Do we need a separate setting for which type of week number to show?

gnome-tweak-tool exposes the current shell setting, so will need a patch as well.

If you're ok with this, it would be good to get this in for .2, and release g-d-s before the apps which want to use this key so they can have a versioned dependency. Feel free to commit this and all the others on my behalf if that will help with coordination.
