Please update libgnome-volume-control to a never git hash - at least 7e5504db.

(I've been waiting for three releases now to have this signal available for Shell extensions. This is frustrating, especially the prospect that it won't be in 3.22 either.)

Submodules are only updated as necessary, so unless there's something we need, we'll miss newer commits. So instead of getting frustrated, just ping us earlier next time you want to use something ;-)
