In wayland, alt + tab -> missing input focus.

1. Launch gnome-terminal, firefox, xchat, etc.
2. Using alt+tab, select gnome-terminal.

Could be mutter/gnome-shell, or gtk+ problem, but unlikely gnome-terminal/vte.

Let's try gnome-shell for triage.
