Hi,

Following critical parameters exist in vaapih265enc element but have no configurability, may be for obvious reasons

bitrate
rate-control
tune

This is more of a feature additon request than a bug :)

Cool :) Would be great to have bitrate and certain quality metrics like CTU size as configurable..

Let's close this because nowadays vaapih265enc has certain number of parameters available for the use.

@Baby octopus if you are looking for a specific knob, please reopen the bug and specify it.
