The OpenGL caps does not to work on OS X 10.11.3.

Fails with a green screen:
gst-launch-1.0 avfvideosrc ! videoscale ! videoconvert ! "video/x-raw(memory:GLMemory),width=640,height=480" ! glimagesink

Succeeds:
gst-launch-1.0 avfvideosrc ! videoscale ! videoconvert ! "video/x-raw,width=640,height=480" ! glimagesink

Note that the same green screen behavior occurs without the frame size caps:
gst-launch-1.0 avfvideosrc ! videoscale ! videoconvert ! "video/x-raw(memory:GLMemory)" ! glimagesink

This appears to be resolved if we use a resolution actually supported by the camera:

gst-launch-1.0 avfvideosrc device-index=0 ! "video/x-raw(memory:GLMemory),width=1280,height=720" ! glimagesink
